Instead, he and his fellow cricket enthusiasts were forced to play in farm fields, facing criticism from villagers who saw them as neglecting their responsibilities.
Determined to make a change, Jayasankar assembled a team and embarked on a mission to create a cricket ground for his village. In November 2020, their hard work paid off as they found a suitable location and began investing their own resources to transform it into a cricket haven. Soon, the once skeptical villagers became ardent supporters, and PGP Cricket Ground became a hub of activity, attracting players from neighboring villages.
